All products sold on KratomWorld.com are sold strictly as botanical products for research, aromatherapy, or horticultural purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.

• Pricing: All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed
• Payment: We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment processor
• Order confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted and payment is processed
• Order cancellation: Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, our return policy applies
• Errors: In the event of a pricing error or out-of-stock item, we will notify you and offer a full refund or substitution

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on all US orders with no minimum purchase required. Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST Monday–Friday ship the same day. Orders placed after that time or on weekends ship the next business day.

• We ship via USPS and FedEx from our facility in North Carolina
• Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed
• Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control
• A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has been tendered for shipment

Shipping Restrictions

It is your responsibility to know the laws regarding kratom in your state, county, and city before placing an order. We cannot ship to locations where kratom is prohibited by law.

If you place an order to a restricted location, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. KratomWorld is not liable for any legal consequences resulting from orders shipped to jurisdictions where you misrepresented the legality of kratom.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once a product has been opened. We stand behind every order and will make it right if there is a verified issue.

• Damaged or defective products: Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we will issue a replacement or full refund
• Wrong item received: Contact us within 3 days — we will ship the correct item and arrange return at our expense
• Lost packages: If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your order, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate with the carrier
• Opened products: No returns, refunds, or exchanges — no exceptions
• Unopened / sealed products: May be returned within 3 days of delivery for store credit only — buyer pays return shipping
• Buyer's remorse: We do not issue refunds for change of mind once an order has shipped

All claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. To open a claim, email info@kratomworld.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
